Filing a complaint

To file a claim, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/Reclamation Form
Fill out the return/complaint form and enclose it with your package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

2.Return of the product
When making a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
The claimed product should be sent to the following address:

Attention! Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Department, in which case we will collect the claimed product from you ourselves.

Return of goods
Under current law, you have 14 days to return an item. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

In the package with the statement and the returned product(s), attach the following as well all accessories received with it/they and the receipt or invoice.
